It was time for the JUCO Program. After Brad Krebill reminded us of

and about the improvements to the field as well as how the JUCO
baseball tournament is a asset to our community and how it brings
money and recognition to Grand Junction.
The greeters today were Ted Sparns and Guy Stephens. The song
appropriately was Take Me Out To The Ball Game. Guy Stephens brought
the Thought For The Day. It had to do with long hair and walking.

are starting earlier and ending earlier.

stand at about $5500, well short of the goal of $22000. If you have
not got your tickets and sold them do so now. Among the ones who
sold tickets this week, gifts were given to Greg Schaefer, Bruce
Dwire, Orville Boge, Bruce Isaacson and Stephanie Tuin.

hoped to have another push in about 2 months but she reminded us
that we always need to be inviting potential new members.

hardworking wife and her lazy husband to start out the fines. He
then fined Lee Young, Randy Kirschbaum, Rick Nisley, Bob Colony,
Orville Peterson and Kristi Adams. He threatened fines to LeAnn
Zetmier and Mark Relph but rescinded them.
Three people have been nominated to fill the open position coming
up on the board in September. Those nominated were Doug Stack, Joe
