This program exists to support and encourage parents during this critical time of their child's development. The program offers packets of information in three phases to parents of children zero to three years.

• 0-12 month packet includes information on health, safety, immunizations, community resources, early brain and language development, and children's books. A snugli (front pack infant

carrier) is also given to eligible parents of newborns.

• 12-24 month packet includes materials that help encourage children's language development, learning through play, and children's books.

• 24-36 month packet includes materials about guidance and discipline, developmental milestones (cognitive, physical, social-emotional, brain development), health and safety, and additional children's books.
